We’re looking for outgoing, well-connected students who are plugged in on campus. As a Merch Advisor, you’ll be the person chapters hit up when they want custom shirts for rush, game days, formals, parents weekend, or anything else. You’ll help them create the design, handle logistics, and help run one of our national social medias.

This is your chance to become the merch plug every chapter wishes they had!

What You’ll Do:​

• Talk with fraternities, sororities, and student orgs about upcoming events and help them customize standout merch

• Work with chapters from first idea to final order so everything runs smoothly

• Keep an eye on what’s happening on campus and jump on chances for new drops

• Help make simple promos and content that get chapters fired up

• Help grow the brand nationally by connecting on social media 

• Build relationships and become the go-to person for all things shirts, hoodies, and hype

Who We’re Looking For:

• Students who actually know people on campus (and aren’t hiding in their dorm playing Fortnite all day). Involved in Greek life or big campus orgs is a huge plus

• Confident talkers. If you can hold a conversation with a chapter president, a new member, and someone’s mom at Parents Weekend, you’re good

• Comfortable chatting online, in person, or on the phone (without sounding like you just woke up from a nap between classes — even if you did)

• Bonus points if you’ve done anything salesy: fundraising, recruiting, PR chair stuff, social media, hype videos, whatever. If you’ve ever convinced a chapter to show up somewhere, it counts
